Delivery & Returns Age restriction and the delivery of alcohol: We do not sell our products to people under 18 years of age. By placing an order for one of these items, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. It’s an offense for someone under 18 to try to buy alcohol in the UK. It’s also an offence for an adult (a person over 18) to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18. Delivery charges and destinations: The delivery charge will be calculated when you click to checkout. It will be based on the value of your purchase and the delivery service you select. We only deliver to residential or business addresses within the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands unless by special arrangement. Please note that where deliveries are made to jurisdictions outside those stated here, your order may be subject to import duties and local taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The delivery will be sent to the address exactly as you submit it, please take care that you correctly complete your address. Dispatch timeframes: During non-peak times, our warehouse dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatched orders are normally delivered Monday – Friday. During non-peak times, orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders which are placed after 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the next working day. All public holiday orders will be dispatched over the following 2 working days. During peak times, dispatches might take a little longer than normal and we will advise you of dispatch times when confirming your order. We will do our best to fulfil all parts of an order in a single delivery however we may occasionally have to split an order into multiple packages. We will let you know if this happens. You will not be charged extra for the additional delivery. Delivery process: Delivery will only be made to a recipient who is over 18. If the recipient appears to be under the age of 25 they shall be required to produce an approved form of identification (valid passport, valid photocard driver’s licence, PASS Card). Failure to provide the requested identification shall result in non-delivery of the alcohol. We will email you when your order has left our warehouse. We or our courier will send you updates by SMS or email to minimise the likelihood of an unsuccessful delivery attempt. We will arrange one revised delivery attempt within the delivery fee as charged however if you are still unable to receive the order after the second attempt we will return the order to our warehouse and you will have 4 days to collect it from our warehouse. If you fail to collect it within that timeframe we reserve the right to take your order back to our warehouse. Please check your delivery as soon as possible after it has been delivered. a. If the packaging is damaged upon attempted delivery, inform the courier immediately.b. If the contents are damaged, take a photograph and send it to [email protected] with “damaged delivery” in the subject line and your order number and contact details in the body of the email. We will respond to you within one working day and confirm the next steps including return address. Where you have purchased alcohol for personal consumption, you have the right to request a refund to the same payment method as used to place the initial order, if you change your mind within 14 days of receipt (“cooling off period”). You are responsible for the costs of returning if you paid for delivery and we must receive the items in question within 14 days of your notice of refund. We will only accept refunds if the items in question are unopened, still in their original packaging and are received to us in a resaleable state. We will refund delivery costs. Where you have purchased alcohol as an investment, you may not be entitled to return the item under the cooling off period. You must package items appropriately for their return and we recommend you retain proof of sending. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
