Palate - Soft, rounded, silky mouthfeel, sweet almonds, stewed pear, more lime, crisp oak, milk chocolate truffle, vanilla, and a hint of baked banana.

Finish - Long with cream covered fruits, sultanas and a lasting nuttiness.
