Nohaca Reposado is made from single-origin Blue Weber agave grown around Arandas in the highlands of Jalisco, where altitude and cooler conditions help create a naturally fragrant, fruit-led style. Produced with an artisanal approach that brings traditional tequila-making together with a contemporary sense of precision, it retains the freshness of cooked agave while gentle oak resting adds warmth, texture and depth. Dried fruit and fresh vanilla lead the aroma, followed by stewed apple and pear on the palate, with soft spice and honeyed agave carrying a long, rounded finish. Bottled at 42% ABV, it feels polished and expressive without allowing the wood to overwhelm the spirit’s highland character. Serve it in a Paloma with fresh grapefruit juice, agave syrup and soda for a bright, easy drink that lets its fruit and honey notes shine.
