Extended ageing gives it greater depth while retaining the soft, rounded character that defines the Weller style.The nose opens with caramel, vanilla and honey, followed by toasted oak and dried fruit. The palate is rich but gentle, with notes of toffee, baking spice, orange peel and roasted nuts, finishing long with sweet oak and a touch of cinnamon.
