It’s inspired by the art of perfumery, with each botanical distilled separately before being brought together in perfect balance. The rare “Queen of the Night” cactus flower, which blooms by night and wilts at dawn is joined by rose petals, grapefruit peel and traditional gin botanicals, while 71 nights in oak casks add gentle vanilla notes and a subtle richness. Three cloth-bound editions of Dante’s Inferno, The Picture of Dorian Gray and Wuthering Heights complete the set, bringing together literature and gin in a way that feels surprisingly natural. It’s an unusual pairing, but one that works rather well.
