A landmark collaboration between The Kyoto Distillery and the legendary Karuizawa whisky legacy, the 15th Edition Ki Noh Bi Dry Gin is a celebration of Japanese craftsmanship and cultural heritage. Matured in a blend of ex-Karuizawa and Mizunara oak casks, it combines the elegance of Japanese gin botanicals with the subtle influence of rare whisky casks. Released in 2020, this edition also pays homage to classical Noh Theatre, featuring the 17th-century Yase Otoko mask on its label, making it as visually striking as it is complex in the glass.
Nose - Floral honey, zesty citrus, subtle smoke, and delicate spice.
Palate - Layers of orchard fruit, gentle oak, smooth maltiness, and peppery warmth.
Finish - Soft, lingering sweetness with hints of aromatic spice and a clean, refined finish.
