Laid down not long after the distillery's founding in 2016, it forms part of the earliest stock now making its way to the UK. Pot-distilled in a wheated style, it carries the distillery’s signature full-bodied house character with confidence. Think deep caramel, warming baking spice and a rounded, weighty palate that balances power with poise. Previewed to the UK trade in 2025 ahead of its wider release, it’s a single barrel chosen for focus and character, not for playing it safe.
