Nose - Tobacco, sour plum, liquorice with an underlying aroma of sandalwood and roasted coffee.

Palate - Dark chocolate, pork crackle and liquorice which develop with some marzipan. The rich flavours develop further with hints of turmeric, yeast and kumquats and the rancio develops with drier tones.
