Built in 1658, St Nicholas Abbey has an amazing history. The first rums were produced here as far back as the 1750s, and distillation today pays homage to this long history with unique production methods. The 12 Year Old is made using sugar cane syrup from the estate, distilled in traditional pot stills and matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon American Oak barrels on site. It is bottled from cask, free from additives, colourings, or artificial flavouring for a true taste of the very best Barbados rum.
