The 2016 vintage is a year that Marco Dal Forno remembers as “one of the great vintages of the century..." Dark, concentrated and enticing fruits open on the nose, with blood orange citrus, sweet woody spices, and rose petals. The palate offers a touch more red fruits, with sumptuously rich flavour, silky tannins and a long, sweet, perfumed finish. Utterly gorgeous on it's own, this is also one of the greatest food matching wines thanks to it's bold flavours and perfectly tuned acidity.
